EYE-DISPLAY — 2001
In 2001 at age 17, two months after starting my HBO media & communication, I dropped out of college to work for a startup called eye-display. This startup aimed to modernise the shopping experience by introducing touch kiosks and in-store ambient digital displays with atmospheric visuals and advertising.
In 2001, touch screens were still a novelty, attracting much attention of consumers. I was the proud designer of many of these touch screen kiosks that were installed in stores such as AH to-go, Albert Heijn XL, V&D, Mercedes-Benz and Macro.
